Abstract

Based on the analysis of the formation and development of approaches to the disclosure of the concept and essential characteristics of anti-corruption security in domestic criminology, the article concludes that it is necessary to consider it within the framework of intersectoral legal regulation (branch legal sciences) as a legal structure, while at the same time, based on an understanding of its legal nature, the author comes to understand that it goes beyond the framework of legal reality, acting as an interdisciplinary construct. Separate considerations are proposed regarding the structure of anti-corruption security and its place within the framework of a comprehensive legal security organization
