Abstract

The possibility of waste disposal of petroleum products is proved by the example of industrial oils in the places of their formation (territories of the far north) through the use of cavitation technologies even in the absence of specialized enterprises. The results obtained make it possible to assert that under the influence of natural low temperatures, the physico-chemical characteristics of water and water-oil emulsions are stabilized during phase transformations. Keywords: cavitation effects; waste oils; water- oil emulsion; physico-chemical characteristics; utilization
