- Abstract
Advances in modern robotics have permeated almost all spheres of human activity. Today, it is impossible to imagine conducting underwater research without the use of underwater robots – remotely operated underwater vehicles. Assessing the radiation situation of scuttled/sunken objects is an important part of underwater research. The article describes the process of adapting a new model of the GNOM ROV, which utilizes modern components available on the Russian market, for operation with specialized equipment – an underwater gamma-ray spectrometer
