- Abstract
The sodium alcoholate/alcohol/DMSO system made it possible to obtain 5-amino-1-benzyl-1,2,3- triazole‑4‑carboxylates with high yields and with a purity of raw materials above 95 % (HPLC) by reaction of benzyl azide with cyanoacetic ether. These conditions are more effective than those previously described. It is shown that the developed system is too aggressive for 2‑(azidomethyl)‑1H‑benzoimidazole and 2-azidoacetamide
