Abstract

Main features of thermal activation of chemically modified abthracites, lignites, wood and lignin were studied at variation of the chemical agent nature, process temperature and time. The formation of porous structure of carbon products was studied. Optimum conditions of porous carbon synthesis which ensure obtaining of products with the high specific surface area (to 2000–2900 m2/g) were selected for all types of studied raw materials
