- Abstract
The “green” method of obtaining from flax the cellulosic product with high content of alpha-cellulose was developed. It consists of the stages of flax delignification by hydrogen peroxide in the medium “acetic acid – water – sulfuric acid catalyst” and of alkaline treatment by NaOH. Delignification conditions were selected which allow to obtain with a high yield (56 % mas.) the cellulosic product containing 97,5 % mas. of alpha-cellulose
