Abstract

On the basis of ANSYS software complexes and ProCAST developed computer model casting platinum in a water cooled mold with movable bottom. We studied the influence of operating parameters of work of the foundry installation on the crystallization of ingots. Installed quantitative dependences allowing to reduce the magnitude of the shrink shell, and also exclude the surface and internal defects in the ready ingot platinum
