Abstract

The base of energysave forms planned realization technical and technological measures, which must be realized within the framework of procedures of optimum control power consumption the infrastructure on system level. The purpose of control is a sequencing power consumption objects of infrastructure, economy directed on payment for consumed electric power of the facilities, got to account organizing action, as well as creation scientifically motivated premiseses for undertaking goal-directed deepened energy audit with the following realization technical and technological measures on energysave. Under infrastructure is in this case understood technocenose (the region as a whole, city, concern, company, region extraction of oil and gas, agrarian infrastructure, group of the troops, network shop and etc.). Main method of the decision of the problems of optimum control power consumption of technocenose is the rank analysis, which allows in process of energysave use the system level operative and system control, which earlier was not used. Herewith procedures are realized in real scale of time consist of the shaping database on power consumption, determination anomalous objects, forecasting and normalization. This enables management of technocenose extracts from energysave additional competitive advantage and spare resource. Already first (organizing) stage to realization of the proposed methods allows to spare before 10 - 15% from volumes of the annual payments for consumed electric power without capital embedding. The following introduction energysave technology else more enlarges spare. In turn, management technocenose gets the toolbox, allowing effectively control in condition of the developing infrastructure.
