- Abstract
In this article results of copper cast bars structure produced by different cast methods are presented. It is shown that independently of the cast method in the cast bar structure large column crystals are formed. The comparative analysis of the cast copper macrostructure parameters using a ratio of grain shape is carried out. Hardness of continuous copper cast bar is defined by the cross section is defined. It is found that the hardness as defined in different directions relative to the direction of grain growth significantly different. The way of copper cast bars structure and properties controlling is proposed
