- Abstract
This article describes the mechanism of high-temperature catastrophic oxidation in the system Ag-Sn. A possible link of the oxidation of liquid solutions with the cluster state of the melt on the liquidus lines in the concentration of the crystallization of the electronic connections. Propensity to catastrophic oxidation manifests itself in the field of concentrations, relevant formation in the crystallization of electronic connections to a minimum value of electron density
