- Abstract
The main themes and problems of the thematic issue of the journal devoted to philosophical, social, cultural and ethnic studies are considered. At present, an interdisciplinary approach is of particular value and significance, which is successfully implemented in the structure of the presented issue of the scientific journal of the Siberian Federal University «Humanitarian Sciences». The geography of the authors and the issues they raise in their articles are related to the solution of topical regional and interregional problems. The presented philosophical studies reflect the current state of philosophical ontology and epistemology. Ethnic issues are presented mainly on the basis of field research. Sociological articles are connected with the Siberian regions. Culturological studies are presented in a rather multifaceted way and also contain a significant regional component
