Abstract

This article presents the results of experimental studies aimed at studying the influence of mechanical processing of clay raw materials due to hydrodynamic effects, which leads to change of rheological properties of clay mix and the improvement of physico-mechanical characteristics. This defines the main properties of the molding used in the study of clay, industrial waste recycling clay mass in a hydrodynamic disperser, conducted x-ray diffraction analysis of clay mixtures and ceramic bodies after firing, and determined the strength characteristics of ceramic samples made from a mixture of clay treated with cavitation
