- Abstract
The effectiveness of using quantitative analysis of the components of Citramon – P tablets from different manufacturers by differentiating UV absorption spectra by Chebyshev polynomials has been studied. The criteria for its successful application have been established. A method of dilution of Citramon tablets has been developed, solvents have been selected for qualitative and quantitative analysis of samples. A linear relationship between the coefficients of optimal polynomials and the concentration for each component of the mixture at the points of maximum absorption is revealed. The equations of calibration graphs are found, the conditions of their use are discussed
