Abstract

The paper presents a method for the synthesis of heterogeneous catalysts for the epoxidation of methyl esters of fatty acids, analyzes the samples, and considers the possibility of their application on an industrial scale. The samples were synthesized by impregnation and kneading technology. To analyze the properties, chemical (solution, titration), measurement of strength on a strength meter, determination of the index of cracking) and instrumental (analysis of volume, determination of actual concentrations of substances using a photometer, measurement of specific surface area on a chromatographic unit, determination of catalytic activity on an experimental unit) were used
