- Abstract
The main focus is on the global and regional approach to the study of the spatial distribution of the phytopigments dynamic characteristics in the oceanand land. The results of satellite studies are shown. Based on the dynamics of phytopigments in the ocean and land, quasi-stationary zones have been found. These zones reflect the dynamics of global biological, hydrological and climatic processes. The development of remote sensing methods using multilevel optical spectral monitoring systems is proposed
