- Abstract
Regional strategies for digital transformation have set a number of serious challenges for the authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. First of all, it is intensification of development and introduction of competitive domestic software, services and platform solutions, growth of level of independence of information infrastructure of the region and the country as a whole, security of digital space. The development and implementation of digital transformation projects focus on improving the quality of life of the population and the well-being of citizens. The priority is to increase the quality and accessibility of state and municipal services to citizens and business entities. The success of the digital transformation depends on an assessment of the intermediate results of the implementation of this process. Progressive measures to adjust the draft measures and their target indicators, taking into account the recorded facts of deviation of the obtained results from the desired ones, are necessary to intensify and increase the efficiency of transformation processes. The article offers an approach to formation of methodical tools of assessment of indicators of progress in achieving the strategic goals of digital transformation of key sectors of the region. Corresponding estimates for the Krasnoyarsk Krai, which are intermediate control points, have been obtained
