- Abstract
The temperature dependence (350–1050 K) of the heat capacity of the Bi12GeO20 and Bi4Ge3O12 has been determined by differential scanning calorimetry. For these compounds and Bi2GeO5, Bi2Ge3O9, the calculation of heat capacity was carried out using the methods of Kubashevsky, Neman-Kopp and group deposits. The correlation between the specific heat capacity and the composition of the Bi2O3-GeO2 system was established
