A significant part of this support comes from institutional arrangements that are made up of a number of mechanisms (political, legal, social, etc.). This led to the choice of the topic of the study presented in the article and its relevance. The aim and result of the study was to assess the role, significance and structure of institutional mechanisms at the stages of formation and functioning of cluster formations. The methodology of the study is based on the system analysis. Solving this problem will increase the interest of economic entities in the rationalization of corporate integration and technological cooperation of cluster formations
