Abstract

Based on the materials of the 1989 census from the funds of the State Archive of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the quality of housing in the city of Divnogorsk is analyzed in comparison with the conditions of the capital of the Krasnoyarsk Territory (Krasnoyarsk). As evaluation criteria, the following were identified: the size of the living space per inhabitant, the type of residential premises, such as an individual house, part of an individual house, a separate apartment, a communal apartment and a dormitory. The level of home improvement is considered, as well as the material of the external walls of residential buildings and the year of their construction. As a result, it should be noted that most of the population of Divnogorsk was provided with decent living conditions. At the same time, the level of improvement of Divnogorsk is higher than in Krasnoyarsk. This is explained by the specifics of Divnogorsk – a young small town
