Abstract

This paper focuses on the security and stability, transnational cultural exchanges and regional economic development of border minority areas. In view of the problems of insufficient integration of high-quality international resources and low level of teaching staff construction in border minority areas in the joint training of talents between China, Russia and Mongolia in our university, by firmly seizing the opportunity of the national “One Belt and One Road” construction and the construction of the national opening bridgehead to the north. We continue to deepen the reform of international talent training, and have worked out the means to develop “distinctive regional characteristics, innovative training, and high international recognition”, and achieved fruitful innovation and practical results
