Abstract

We showed the cyclocondensation of 4-hydrazinylquinazoline with 2-hydroxyimino-1,3- diketones for the first time. Novel quinazolyl- and quinoxalyl- substituted 4-nitrosopyrazoles was obtained. Reaction of 4-hydrazinylquinazoline with ethyl 2-hydroxyimino-3-oxobutanoate in AcOH leaded to novel hydrazone. The synthesized compounds were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, COSY, HSQC, HMBC, UV–Vis, and MS
