Abstract

The subject of the study is the content of ethnological expertise during the industrial development of the ancestral territories of the local indigenous population of Yakutia. In the Republic of Yakutia the law on ethnological examination was first adopted, which also becomes the subject of interdisciplinary scientific research. The research subject is the study of problems that arise during the difficult situation of industrial development and subsoil development. The specific problem that is discussed concerns the main aspects of ethnological expertise, such as the features of the historical development of the local population, its legal status, the position of the territories, the characteristics of traditional management and the interests of local administrations
