Abstract

One of the most important consequences of digitalization of almost all spheres of society is the emergence and widespread dissemination of a new class of professional activity – subject-informational. The purpose of the study presented in the article was to study the problem of detection and interpretation of psychological mechanisms for the development of a complex of basic subjective determinants of the activities of IT specialists, using the profession of programmers as an example; this problem is significant for psychological science, both theoretically and practically. It has been proven that this formation and development is realized according to systemogenetic principles, thus representing systemogenesis as such. It has been established that the dynamics of subjective determinants in the process of professionalization contains all the basic principles of systemogenesis – the principles of unevenness and heterochrony, progressive integration and increasing differentiation, etc. A new, previously undescribed principle of systemogenesis – the principle of concordance – has been identified and interpreted
