Abstract

This paper describes the technology for manufacturing hollow armature windings based on flexible printed circuit boards (FPCs) as a replacement for classical windings made of insulated copper wire. The use of this technology entails a significant reduction in labor intensity and production time of the final product. The peculiarity of the technological process and equipment in the production of printed circuit boards makes it possible to produce 72 windings over four work shifts, followed by daily production of a similar volume
