Abstract

The article examines strategic approaches to defining organizational and legal mechanisms for combating corruption in the BRICS countries in the context of new global challenges of digital transformation of all spheres of life, taking into account the growing geopolitical tensions and the declining level of global economic integration. The organizational and legal mechanisms for combating corruption that are relevant in the context of the development of the digital economy, applied at the domestic level in the five BRICS member states, are analyzed. It is concluded that it is necessary to form unified approaches to the definition of international legal mechanisms for combating corruption. It is proposed to develop a unified BRICS Anti-Corruption strategy within the framework of the formation of the BRICS anti-corruption digital agenda, taking into account the national specifics of the legal regulation of the prevention of corruption risks of the participating states and digital challenges and threats
