Abstract: The article deals with the phenomenon of the loan-words (lexical and spellings) on the different stages of the History of Russian Language from Peters epoch till Contemporarily. The investigation carries on from the point of the natural life of the language; the different points of views on the phenomenon of the loan-words lists in the different social spheres (wrights, scientists and common native speakers of Russian language. Investigated phenomenon is considered also as a problem of the culture of the speech. Irrelevance and illiteracy usage of borrowings is considered as «linguistic provinciality».
