- Abstract
We introduce the notion of q′-compactness for a ranked lattice whose flags form a chamber system for Sn-semibuildings and find the conditions for the lattice to be strongly algebraically closed. We also study the relationships between semibuildings and Faigle geometries with the lattice of closed sets of Q
