Abstract

It was shown the possibility of using the method of chromatography-mass spectrometry to estimate microecological status of the human by the method of mass spectrometry microbial markers, which are mainly fatty acids, sterols, aldehydes. For analysis of fatty acids by CMS it is possible quantify the presence of 57 microorganisms in the human oral cavity.
