Abstract

Bismuth gallium oxide (12:1) of sillenite structure was obtained by the solid-phase synthesis. The heat capacity of this compound was determined with the use of differential scanning calorimetry at 340–920 K. From experimental data, the thermodynamic functions of the solid oxide were calculated
