- Abstract
Обсуждаются методы и средства диагностики патологии различных органов и систем организма человека, связанной с дисплазией соединительной ткани (ДСТ). Предложен ряд соединений-биомаркеров для оценки морфофункциональных нарушений висцеральных и локомоторных органов, ассоциированных с ДСТ. Отмечена перспективность использования инструментария Центра коллективного пользования СФУ для разработки новых методик определения биомаркеров.
Methods and ways of pathology diagnostics in different organs and systems of human being dealing with connective tissue dysplasia (СTD) are discussed. Number of some compounds such as biomarkers are proposed for evaluation of morphological and functional breaking of visceral and locomotive motor organs associated with (СTD). Perspective activity of the Centre for Collective Work's (Siberian Federal University) facilities for working out new methods of biomarkers' determination has been underlined.
