Abstract

On the base of researching a process of synthesis and sintering silicon oxide powder, technological conditions of producing crucibles for silicon melting were developed. Ceramic crucibles were obtained by slip casting method. They consist of two layers: outside layer - from fused quartz, inside - from high-clean synthetic silica.
