Abstract

This is an attempt to consider the researchers motivation and some relevant tactics stimulating a higher motivation for international project-related activity as a specific part of comprehensive researchers activity. The article provides the results of interviewing 82 researchers geographically varied from Moscow to Tuvinskaya Republic and affiliated to universities and the Russian Academy of Science institutes.
