- Abstract
Test-procedures, using test-systems on the basis of silica, sequentially modified with polyhexametylene guanidine of linear structure and the rang of sulfoderivatives of organic reagents (2,9-dimethyl-4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenantrolinedisulfonic acid, 4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenantrolinedisulfonic acid, pyrocatechin-3,5-disulfonic acid, 1,8-dioxynaphthalene-3,6-disulfonic acid and 1-nitroso-2-naphhol-3,6-disulfonic acid), for quantification of copper, iron and cobalt were developed. The detection limits was 0.05, 0.01 and 0.1 μg, respectively.
