- Abstract
There are results of researching of solidifications processes of threefold nitrate of bismuth-erbiumlanthanum. Crystal growth rate in [001] and in a perpendicular directions to it depending on concentration of a solution and an ambient temperature are defined. On the basis of the received data possibility of the control of crystallization processes in investigated system was suggested, that is a necessary condition for creation of the combined materials with the set properties of structuralfunctional type. They are mesoporous mesostructured silicate.
