In this article we examine the effect of alloying of magnesium on the structure, mechanical properties and resistance to fracture during bench test of car wheels produced of AK12 alloy to improve properties. Mounted interconnection between the of Mg content, structure and properties car wheels of the investigated alloy. Were optimized chemical composition of the alloy, which allows to achieve higher qualities
