- Abstract
The methods for phenols determination in drink and natural water using capillary electrophoresis (CE) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were developed. The detection limits without pre-concentration are 0,2-0,5 mg/l for CE and 0,02-0,05 mg/l for HPLC. The detection limits with pre-concentration by solid-phase exctraction using cartridge DIAPAK P («BioChemMac ST») were high per thousand. It is allows to determine phenols with content at 0,5 of maximum allowable concentration (MAC) and below it.
