Abstract: The article deals with the issue on kinds of negligent guilt differentiation: levity and negligence which sufficient consideration was given neither in criminal law science nor in judiciary practice. The certain situations are analyzed, and the authors solution to a kind of guilt definition is given in them. It is suggested that the definition of levity in the law text should be improved.
