Abstract

Carbon adsorbents from hydrolytic lignin have been produced by pyrolysis and air-steam activation. Results of isothermal investigations of phenol, volgonat, catamin AB, formic and acetic acids adsorption by carbon adsorbents from hydrolytic lignin are presented. The principal technologic scheme of water waters purification from organic contaminations by carbon adsorbents from hydrolytic lignin is discussed.
