Abstract

Представлены результаты работы установки для атомно-эмиссионного анализа с источниками света на основе одно- и двухструйного плазмотронов переменного тока в потоке аргона атмосферного давления. Сравнение источников света показано на примере анализа образцов донных осадков, содержащих более двадцати элементов (В 0,01 %, Fe 12,15 %, Si 7,62 %, и Ni 0,42 %).

The work results of atom-emission analysis setup with light sources on the base of one and doublestream AC plasmatrones in the stream of argon under atmospheric pressure are presented. The comparison of light sources has been demonstrated with analysis of bottom depositions contained more than twenty elements (В 0,01 %, Fe 12,15 %, Si 7,62 %, и Ni 0,42 %).
