Abstract: This article deals with social and historical background of the promotion of physical education and sport environment in the Krasnoyarsk territory. Trends for training of the qualified staff in physical education as part of modernization plan of integration of Russian educational system in European system are described. The author arranged physical training educational institutions of the territory into classes and worked out possibilities for Professional development and continuing education of specialists working in sports and health field. Reasons for specialist outflow from this field are indicated and some problems when solving personnel issues in the field of physical education and sport in the Krasnoyarsk territory are defined.
