Abstract

Technique of the synthesis of silica fabrics based test systems modified with polymeric amine and 4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthrolindisulfonic acid, 4,5-dihydroxy-1,3-benzenedisulfonic acid and 1,8-dihydroxynaphthalene-3,6-disulfonic acid was proposed. Test method using test system with functional groups of 4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthrolindisulfonic acid was developed in the form of color scale for iron(II) content determination. The limit of visual detection was 0.005 g ml-1, an analytical concentration range was between 0.01 and 5 g ml-1.
