Abstract

Method of estimation of atmospheric refraction effect on Satellite-to-Earth optical communication link is suggested. Misalignment and refraction angles are found for several meteorological conditions and zenith angles for informational (1.5 m) and tracking (0.808 m) channels using ATOVS/NOAA experimental data.
