- Abstract
Composition, structure and sorption properties of the sorbents, obtaining by outer birch-bark extraction and alkaline treatment have been studied. Estimations of their sorption activity with the use of marker substances for enterosorbents and contents of water-soluble residual substances and ash in sorbents have been made. It was found that the properties of the sorbents from outer birch-bark are corresponding to properties of the industrial enterosorbents “Polifepan” type.
