Abstract: Implementation of analytical software for ecological monitoring of environment and natural resources is discussed. This software is based on GIS, Internet and satellite data processing technologies. Internet GIS portal technique is proposed as technological basis. Functional requirements to the specified system, structure and features of implementation of the necessary software are discussed. A number of examples which illustrate possibilities of the developed approach are resulted. Special attention is given to software interfaces which provide access to the geospatial data of system from outside applications.
