Abstract: The article examines topical issues of folk culture of the Republic of Tuva. The author explores the genesis of folk culture of Tuva and comes to the conclusion that the crucial significance belongs to the development of the creative personality – a medium of folk culture. The article raises the question of the need to strengthen educational work on the formation of a creative personality.
