Abstract

The article focuses on geopolitical and ethnocultural aspects of Russian border area regional security under the circumstances of socio-cultural transit of Eurasian civilization. It also considers the issue of influence of Tengrism ideology on the processes of polithogenesis of the Turkic and Mongolian peoples and formation of statehood forms .
