Abstract

This article describes the features and operation principles of thin-film dye-sensitized oxide solar cell of regenerative type. The problem of constructing modular structures of photoelectrochemical dye-sensitized elements is considered. The dimensions of the integrated elements in modular structure of Z-type with the influence of the characteristics of ITO films and surface density of incident solar radiation on the cells parameters are calculated.
