- Abstract
The present research is focused on metabolic reactions of neutrophilic granulocytes in the blood of athletes, representatives of various sports who showed endurance in dynamics (in the course of a year), at different phases of an annual training macrocycle. It was found that the main metabolic processes (anaerobic and aerobic energy production systems, glutathione-depended antioxidant system and plastic reactions defining the level of macromolecular synthesis and cells reactivity) are activated at the end of preparing period. The metabolic reactions of neutrophilic granulocytes are significantly disturbed at the end competitive period. This reduces their functional and regulatory capacity. At the end of recovery period disturbed reactions were not sufficiently recovered
