- Abstract
Thermoelectric characteristics of semiconductor systems that can be used to build thermoelectric converters were investigated. The Seebeck coefficient and the quality factor in the systems “ porous semiconductor – semiconductor” were experimentally studied and calculated. It have been shown that the electrochemical treatment of semiconductors causes the changes in the structure and energy characteristics of the materials leading to a multiple increase of the Seebeck coefficient and quality factor of thermoelectric systems
