- Abstract
A spectroscopic method for quantifying the content of the R-isomer of salbutamol sulfate in a methanol solution obtained by separation of the racemic salt by preparative supercritical fluid chromatography has been developed. The proposed method is characterized by express, high sensitivity, the ability to analyze very dilute solutions and simplicity of equipment
